Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and permitted use

CoupleVideo is for adults aged 18 or older. It offers only fixed actions, such as hugs, kisses, couple photos, anniversary videos and wedding intros; free-text prompts are not supported. Results are private by default and are not displayed publicly.

Prohibited content and conduct

Sexual content

Pornography, nudity, NSFW content and sexually suggestive content are prohibited. Do not create or upload sexual material, even when the people involved have agreed.

Child safety

We have zero tolerance for sexualized or inappropriate content involving anyone under 18. Such content is removed immediately and reported to NCMEC or the appropriate authorities. Our tools do not allow photos of minors.

Consent and impersonation

Do not use a living person's photo without their consent or impersonate another person. Non-consensual face swaps or deepfakes involving real people, including public figures and politicians, are prohibited.

Fraud and misleading content

Fraud, scams, misinformation, fabricated evidence, and election or political deception are prohibited. Do not present a generated result as a real event or use it to mislead others.

Violence and dangerous content

Violence, gore, self-harm and terrorist content are prohibited. Do not use the service to promote or depict these acts.

Hate and abuse

Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying and threats are prohibited. Do not target people or groups with abusive content.

Illegal content and rights violations

Illegal content and infringement of copyright, trademarks or a person's image rights are prohibited. You must have the right to use every photo you provide.

Memorial works

Memorial works for a person who has passed away may be made only by an immediate family member: a spouse, parent, child, sibling or grandchild. The uploader must select the family declaration, have the right to use the photo and accept full responsibility. We may ask for proof and remove the result if proof cannot be provided.

Content review and enforcement

Uploaded photos must pass automatic checks for image format, face detection, NSFW content and signs of minors before generation. Google Gemini API reviews photos and generated images and videos. AI checks can make mistakes. Generation allows only the fixed actions provided by the tool.

Reported content is reviewed by a person. We remove content that violates this policy and may warn the user or suspend or ban their account.

We keep necessary records to cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. These records are limited to what is needed to review the report and meet legal obligations.

To report content, use the report form or email abuse@couplevideo.ai. Include the content link or order number, the reason for your report, an explanation and your contact email.

Report handling times

• We acknowledge reports within 24 hours of receiving them.
• We complete handling within 48 hours of receiving a report, including removal or deletion, a warning, or an account suspension or ban as appropriate.
• Content involving minors or serious illegal activity is taken down immediately and reported to NCMEC or the appropriate authorities.

Appeals

You may appeal a decision by emailing support@couplevideo.ai. We reply to appeals within 5 business days.
